Through meticulous winemaking, a portion of the red grapes undergoes a brief maceration, giving the wine its characteristic color and tone that are highly appreciated by lovers of "classic" sparkling wines. The result is a wine with a unique fragrance, intensely aromatic. The careful sparkling process of the base wine for 20 to 30 days at low temperature produces a balanced, delicate, elegant, and complete product.

Serve it at a temperature of 5 to 6°C to fully enjoy it.
