Liquor : BOTTEGA LATTE MACCHIATO (Crema di caffé)
It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet with a moderate alcohol content, that combines the intense aroma of coffee with the delicate elegance of milk flavor, in perfect balance between the two. It starts with a blend of carefully selected coffee beans to obtain the best aroma, both on the nose and in the mouth. The beans are crushed instead of ground to avoid excessive stress on the raw material (which would result in a alteration of the organoleptic characteristics), and they are soaked in a solution of water and alcohol for 15 days, mixing them at least 4 times a day. Then, filtration and stabilization take place, resulting in a completely natural coffee tincture, which is then mixed with a smooth and velvety milk cream. The addition of grappa gives this Latte Macchiato a unique and inimitable aromatic quality.
