Liqueur : BOTTEGA GIANDUIA (Crema di cioccolato gianduia)
It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense flavor of gianduia chocolate. Gianduia chocolate was born in Piedmont in 1806 when Piedmontese pastry chefs, due to the high cost of cocoa, decided to partially replace it with a paste made from toasted and finely ground hazelnuts. This gave rise to a small chocolate with an intense and elegant taste, with a typical bouquet of cocoa and hazelnut, which can be found in Gianduia Bottega, a cream characterized by a velvety sweetness that satisfies even the most discerning palates. The addition of grappa gives this product a unique and inimitable aromatic quality.
